These signs regularly appear in the news today. Many will pay a high price for proclaiming the name of Jesus in our world. Just before Jesus returns, there will be an explosion of antagonism toward God’s people. The Sign of Deliverance Into the Tribulation There will be widespread famine and disease, as well as “earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:7). The Sign of Disputes Among NationsĬonflicts, border skirmishes, race wars, national battles, and general unrest will escalate. Jesus is the only salvation for this world, and we must be vigilant against counterfeits. ![]() Many false teachers will claim to be the Savior. People will cry desperately for leaders to deliver them, and they will seek mystics and religious leaders who claim to have hidden knowledge. In Matthew 24, Jesus gives us a glimpse of some of these signs: The Sign of Deception These issues will only deepen and reoccur more frequently as we get closer to the end. Seven years later, Jesus will return to end the world as we know it and establish His Millennial Kingdom.īut signs of the End Times are beginning to manifest today. Before God’s judgment falls, I believe Jesus will take to heaven those who have placed their faith in Him as Savior. ![]()
